Review content:
We had my 3 year old son's birthday at 321 bounce. Great facility and wonderful equipment. However, the food policy, poor pizza vendor choice ($18 for a large PIZZA HUT PIZZA!) and lack of healthy catering options should not only raise a red flag as an unhealthy place for children but the fact that they are willing to inflate pizza prices to help their bottom line should make you think twice before booking a party here. To top things off, they ask you to TIP your party helper and they give you a bill that includes party room cost $240, pizza, extras and taxes then they add it all up. From that total they suggest you TIP 15-18% to your party host. Also, beware setting up the party over the phone was horrible. The staff there were rude and inconsiderate. So beware and go somewhere else - they don't deserve anyone's money.
