We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. Don't waste your time here. They care nothing for your customer satisfaction once they have your $12. My girlfriend, sister and I all went to go see a movie tonight, and once we were in the theater we saw that there were no seats for us to sit together. As we usually do when we come to this unfortunate situation, we went to get our money back and head somewhere else. The manager and employees laughed at us, called us liars, and refused to give us our money back stating that it was "against policy." They said they could only give re-admit passes, and that there obligation was to only provide tickets with seats, not make us happy. Thats an EXACT quote of there manager Tristan that was on duty. This place is a waste of time and energy and will leave you feeling pissed to high hell if even one thing unpleasant about your evening and you ask them to fix it.
