We got an outlet store in the city center, the prices are really low and the staff is very helpfull.
I was there today after work and bought myself a yellow cashmere top for 190 shekels only!! (about 45$). I go there all the time and find great clothes for really funny prices (sometimes even 90% discount from the original price). Anyway if you go to jerusalem remember to stop by (the store is located on ben-yehuda st. next to "golf").
