Businiess name:  Blazing Bagels
Review by:  Michael C.
Review content:
Some years ago there was a pretty good chain of bagel shops called Bernie's Bagels. They were bought out and quickly run into the ground. Since then, there has been nothing good until Blazin' Bagels. Granted they are not actually boiled, then baked but steamed and baked. Still, this is as close as you're going to get to a NY Manhattan style bagel in the Seattle Metro area that I know of. They have all the usual suspects such as sesame, poppy, garlic, onion, everything etc. plus some odd things like French Toast which my wife loves for some reason. One thing I find wanting is their breakfast bagels. Light on the cream cheese, whimpy bacon or sausage, just sort of lacking. I take them home, cook up what I want and make my own which I find much more satisfying. Therefore the lack of the 5th. star. That's just me. I don't think you will ever be disappointed with the bagels if you give this place a try.
