My friends (a couple) live in Irvine, work in Fullerton however enroll their only child in Joy Preschool. They love the reasonable charges, the loving teachers and the great programs. I have only heard positive comments from them. I asked them and they've never enrolled their child in any of the optional classes and they haven't felt pushed in anyway. Also I believe the preschool teachers have fingerprint clearance. A friend of mine works in the preschool and once when we were chatting, she mentioned she got fingerprinted that day.
