Review content:
New to the city I needed to find a local dentist... pronto! Found them online, and decided to give them a try. "Boy was I in for a surprise!" Dr. Kim made me feel very uncomfortable, but given all of the work that needed to be done I decided to continue giving them all my business. They broke down all that needed to be done into phases, and made me sign their disclosure that stated the portions me and my insurance were going to pay. At the end of phase one, my insurance and I paid them close to $5,000.Ok-fine, BUT SOME HOW there was an outstanding balance of $486. WHAT?!
I called them asking them for explanation, but couldn't right then and there. They said they would have to call me back w/an explanation. When they did call me back they explained that the outstanding balance was for work that was done, but was not included in the disclosure agreement I signed. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT???? I don't mind paying for the work that was done. But they could have gone about it differently. They were defensive and rude about it all. Highly recommend to THINK TWICE before giving them your business!
