Review content:
I read the last review, it's great some couple enjoy their service! But good technology doesn't always mean good service. My experience with Artlynn was terrible. We had our wedding pictures taken by them, after we got the proofs we found a problem with some of the pictures taken and went down to their office in Evergreen park. We were talking with one of the ladies there in the office about our question, an old man suddenly cut into our conversation without introducing himself. He was very rude and arrogant, instead of listening to us and finding out a way to solve the problem, he blamed us of being late for the survey and he read the photographer's note saying we were 45 minutes late on our wedding day! Which is absolutely rediculous! On our wedding day, everything went on time perfectly. And the photographer is supposed to be available two hours ahead of ceremony, which was specified in the contract. She was only 45 minutes earlier than us to arrive at the restaurant where the reception and ceremonly took place. I cannot understand why she took such irresponsible notes! The old man was also telling us the photographer cannot remember things happened a few months ago, therefore he could not prove what we complain. He ended our conversation very rudely, letting us feel we had no right to complain but keep quiet! This episode ruined our whole experience with Artlynn! Later I found out the man was the general manager of the office! I cannot believe as a general manager, he can be so rude to his customers, who paid a lot of money for the pictures taken on their very special day, their wedding day! At his age, he should have a better understanding of how customers should be served! If that was his style for the years he works at Artlynn, I would put a very big question mark on the service of the whole studio! I am wondering how they serve their customers, especially when there is a complain! We still have to order the pictures because we have already paid for them. But we were so hurt. We could not believe this is the service we can get for our WEDDING picture!!!
