I know people have written good reviews for this place, but I will never come here again! When I walked in for my appointment, no one acknowledged me for nearly 10 minutes. I could observe the stylists. One was chatting on the phone as she was cutting a client's hair, one actually left in the middle of a haircut to chat with another client in the street. My stylist didn't seem to have a good grasp of aesthetic, or symmetry. My hair turned out looking more like a bowl cut than anything. And for that, it cost $65. I know there are better places you can spend your money.
