Please do yourself a huge favor and do not do business with Woodkrest Custom Homes Inc.Memphis, Tennessee. They are very unscrupulous. Especially do not try to be come a dealer. We found out way to late that they could not be trusted and wound up loosing our $5k deposit (refundable) dealer deposit that was made almost 2 years ago and requested to be returned in writing 1.5 yrs ago. They fabricated charges that were not true, missed delivery dates and did not hold to promises they made. Several people have been lied to and disapointed by this company. Unfortunately the TN department of commerce would not get involved because this was a dealership venture, not just a purchase.
