i have been there once and once is enough. I dont know where to begin on the horrible service. the only thing nice about the spa was the young receptionist that always had a smile on her face. even when i left i asked what she was doing working there. I went for a facial and my face was left worse off then it started. When i walked in my "aestician" was eating at the front desk and led me into her room. I never saw her wash her hands, which is the first must if you touch someones face. Throughout the whole facial I could not really enjoy it because not only did she not tell me what she was doing to my skin, she just bragged about what a great salon she "owned" and how many customers she has and all are pleased with her services. I obviously was not one. After the service, she tried to sell my all these pricey creams and washes. the cheapest $40.00 for a 1 0z. jar. Are you kidding me? She told me " I would kiss this bottle" Well I never bought it to say the least because I looked in the mirror and I looked worse than how I started.. And it got even more intense as the days went on. I called to complain and they refused to return my money. Brigitte " the owner" who I later found out was my aestician said she would give me a free facial to correct it. least to say i turned her down. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPA. EVER.
