So, I read about One Call Property Care in the Woodbury Bulletin the other week. I can't believe that there aren't other companies out there like them. I took a look at their website and gave them a call. Patrick came out and gave me an estimate the same day, and he even showed up on time.
One Call Property Care is a property management company that specializes in managing single family homes. Homeowners pay a flat monthly rate (like a townhome association fee) for all the services they choose.
So, I chose lawn mowing, sprinkler maintenance, carpet cleaning, driveway sealcoating, snow plowing and document destruction. Patrick came out and took the necessary measurements and then gave me a quote for the flat monthly rate that would cover all those services. Then, One Call takes care of the details of billing and scheduling, and all I have to do is pay one monthly bill, which is great because I have a tendency to lose/misplace.forget bills, but this way there is only 1 bill. I can't begin to describe how nice it is. Thanks guys.
