After spending some time in Thailand I had become spoilt for choice of thai food.
Coming back to California I was so disappointed by the Thai restaurants in OC and LA..... UNTIL I WENT TO SILK THAI CUISINE Huntington Beach.
This place was as near perfect as I could expect!!!
The menu is one of the extensive Authentic ones I have seen. What I mean by this is I didn't feel I was looking at FAST FOOD TAKE OUT MENU.
Food is Fresh, flavorful and AUTHENTIC!!!
The service is wonderful with both real Thai and American staff who are very friendly and so helpful.
Prices are actually very reasonable considering the Head Chef was trained in Paris at Le Notre' (4 Star Michelin Restaurant and cooking school) and also trained in Thailand for Thai food.
It is kind of odd such a jewel of Asia was in this shopping center, but I am not complaining.
I am just so happy to find a place to feed my Thai food addiction!
If you love Thai food like I do or just want a change from your daily mix of Mexican, Italian and other more common restaurants then you need to try Silk Thai for yourself.
