The other reviewer here appears to be talking about the Danbury General Store which is at 201 Main St. in Danbury ... about 2.5 miles South of the Dan River Company.
The Dan River Company only rents canoes and kayaks - and top shelf equipment at that. We always have a great time on the river with DRC and the smoothies at their river-side shop at the take-out are the perfect cap to a great day on the river!
