Review content:
The food at this fast service establishment is very very fresh. It is similar to a Taco Time but not the processed food that is served at Taco Time. The burritos are hand rolled, the chicken is boneless, skinless breasts, the pinto beans are cooked daily, the lettuce is shredded there at the restaurant (not boxed pre-shredded) and the tomatoes are diced daily. The cheese is shredded in the restaurant as well. The salsa, hot sauces (red and green) and burrito sauce are all made fresh in the restaurant. There are no packaged sauces. The seasonings are the owner's own. There is nothing served there that I haven't tried and I like it all. The 99 cent tacos are delicious. The other prices are a bit high but that's what you pay to get FRESH food. This place is nothing like Taco Time. The service is pretty good too. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. I actually think there should be more Tumbleweeds throughout Washington. I am a very satisfied customer. At lunch time the joint is packed. The dining room is full and cars are wrapped around the building. So they are doing something right.
