Businiess name:  Walmart Savings Catcher

Review content:
If you shop at Walmart, you have to know how to play the customer service game. I tried to return an item once and they refused stating that it was seasonal. I advised them it was defective. After going in circles with the service reps, I eventually made a phone call to their 800 number and filed a complaint directly with corporate. Within 10 minutes, the manager of the store came storming out of a meeting asking "Where's the train" and he quickly refunded my money. Most managers receive bonuses structured on customer satisfaction. They don't like it when you start messing with their compensation. Don't be afraid to be assertive if you know that you have be treated unfairly. It's worth it in the long-run!
