I don't remember what I did before we started doing what's for dinner! We've been going there since December of 2004. Of course there have been meals we haven't liked, but I've made recipes out of a cookbook that we haven't liked either.
There are other businesses like this in the Des Moines area, however, this one is NOT a chain. It is 100% Des Moines orginal idea. The two owners have thought up their own business plan, developed all their own recipes, and all of their profits stay within Iowa. Not back to some headquarters in another state.
The pricing breakdown is really what makes this effective for us. We get variety and it's just over $3 per serving. Can't do that in fastfood anymore, not to mention it is healthier too (they have nutrition available on all their meals!)
