Businiess name:  Baymont Inn & Suites
Review by:  Ann E.
Review content:
I was going to be gracious and not post a terrible review of this Baymont Inn and Suites in Garden City, GA, just outside of the historic district of Savannah, but I complained on their website about a recent stay, and they had the nerve to respond saying that my issues would be addressed and then start sending me SPAM e-mails about staying with them again. That was the final straw. I paid about 140 a night and it turned out that there was DOG HAIR all over my comforter, and when I wanted to confront the manager about it, he was trying to rush out to pick up some elderly people he had forgotten to pick up earlier that evening in the "free shuttle." I'd already had to wait about an hour to talk to him, so I made sure to talk to him before I let him leave. I did get half off of the room, which was great, but I lost about an hour of my vacation and was left wondering what else wasn't clean in my nice looking room. Oh yeah, the spa was broken too.
