I've gone here off and on for years, and have several friends who go here too. The cuts and color offered here are always good, although whether you get a good cut/color or a great one will vary with the person. My absolute favorite best-ever stylist moved away last year, and the person I tried after she left gave me a cookie-cutter East Side blonde highlights and cut. I glanced around while he worked on me and saw myself in three other chairs! However, I'm thinking of going back and trying someone else who was recommended by a friend. I will say that the decor and atmosphere here is very nice, the experience has always been a pleasant one, and I think all their stylists are quite competent.
