Review content:
In the time it has taken for Clear Creek Nursery to expand their business, they have forgotten what good customer service is. I have been to the nursery many times, and not once has the service been passable, let alone good. I always have to hunt someone down to help me, and then I am am made to feel that I am bothering them. They answer questions curtly, and never offer additional information or suggestions.
They clearly take their cue from Veronica Olmstead, the owner. A more rude woman I have yet to meet.
If you want a good nursery, with excellent staff and service, try Country Nursery in Chico or even better, drive to Poulsbo and go to Valley Nursery.
