Review content:
It appears that a few people (fired employees, jealous competitors?) have a personal vendetta against the owner that they are vetting on various review sites. I know her and she is passionate about her business and the safety of the dogs entrusted to her. She has taken care of my dog since before the DDL even opened! I would advise anyone evaluating dog daycares to go and visit a few. Downtown Dog Lounge, with its webcams and very cool and convenient facilities deserves a serious look. I just visited the new Capitol Hill location today and intend to use all three depending on where my business takes me.
