Businiess name:  Bonefish Grill

Review content:
While I've never been to the counterpart in Seattle, I have been to the Bonefish Grill that recently opened in Wichita, KS a few times now. Two of the three times were really good experiences and I'll focus on those. The one experience that wasn't as good had more to do with our wait staff person than the restaurant itself. First, let me wax romantic about my love for the crab cakes here. YUUUUUMMMMMM!!!!!!! After sampling these on my first visit to this restaurant I was afraid that it was a one time good night for crab cakes because I was swayed by the good time I was having, but I can say that after a 2nd turn with these as my dinner (and dining alone) I can report that they were just as good the next time around. I highly recommend them if you are a crab fan - or even if you aren't. The caesar salad here is also good and I was able to make a wonderful meal out of crab cakes and this salad which made me plenty happy. However, if you're looking for more than this for dinner you'll be pleased with the full menu of items. One section of the menu allows you to choose a style of fish or crustacean and the sauce that is served with it. This is a wonderful option if you think you'll be here more than once so you can try fish out with all kinds of flavors as accompaniment. Choices for the sauces include lemon butter, mediterranean, and a mango salsa. (There is one more but I've forgotten it already.) My 2nd visit here I had the Chilean Sea Bass with the mango salsa. Also very good - but I did get vegetables that weren't quite steamed enough so they were really crunchy. The crab lump soup is tasty as well if you want that as an option over an appetizer or a salad to start. The bar makes a mean vodka martini (it's good) and the wine list is pretty decent considering how limited the overall selection of wines are in the whole State. For a girl who is a Seattle-ite this is a place I will frequent on my visits to Wichita to give me a reminder of food from home. For fun, seek out a server named Scott and ask him about his side Karaoke career....
