Businiess name:  Frankie's Chicago Style Pizza

Review content:
My wife and I made a special trip to this pizza place as we had seen it and I wanted to try it. We arrived right at 8 o'clock on a Friday night. there were a few couples in the dining room and the pizza looked and smelled good but this is were things went bad, after waiting a minute I asked one of the servers if we should seat ourselves and she promptly informed me that they quit seating people in the dining room at 8:00 and the manager (who never showed his or her face) said not to serve us, now understand it is about 8:01 at this point. I asked her if she was joking and she repeated that the Manager said not to serve us. we walked out in disgust and disbelief, we had just driven 15 miles to check this place out and were treated to some of the poorest customer service that we had in years. I guess almost anyone can keep a pizza business afloat. it should be noted when we walked out we noticed a Mexican restaurant a couple doors down and decided on a whim to check it out, what a difference, this place was packed and we were seated and served promptly and both the service and food were very good, they actually saved the night for us as far as dinner went. so in short at frankies the food smells good but the service is terrible.
