Review content:
Fitzgerald's not only publishes their prices online without requiring you to give them your name and contact info for a salesperson to call and harass you, but they have the lowest prices in the area. Brown's told me point blank that they couldn't give us the same deal that is advertised online at Fitzmall.com.
We bought a Prius and had two different salespeople helping us to make sure we understood how the car worked and all of the special features it has (it's a little overwhelming at first). We requested a color that they didn't have in stock. We thought it would take a week or two to get the color we wanted but they managed to get the car and have it ready for us to pick up in less than 48 hours.
We also had a very complicated trade in transaction that Fitz took care of with no problems. They even let us pick up our new car before the trade-in transaction was completed.
I especially liked the no haggle pricing and that they didn't try and give us a hard sell on extra features, warranties and accessories. Everything was very easy. We went in on a Wed. and had our car the following Friday.
I highly recommend Harmeet and Chris Veres if you're in the market.
