We are real estate investors who buy and sell property frequently - she has many signs advertising listings - which obviously confirms that if anything else she does NOT lack skill in the marketing area - but when you are trying to find representation to purchase or sell a piece of property - marketing skills are not all that your are looking for. Her "representation" of buyers and sellers are not only lacking but very poor. If you expect someone to go to bat for you - I would not rely on this agent. Quite frankly - as buyers - we would not only NOT consider her as a buyers agent but we would definitely not purchase a listing from Fay Besharat either.
