Review content:
I have never written a review about a business before, as I have never felt a need to do so. Last week I went in Savoir Faire in Sunnyvale for a haircut. What a mistake! Not just the haircut, but the service as well. I watched how two other people were treated the same as me if not worse. One was an older woman. To me, that is the lowest.. The people in there are so rude. I could not believe how they acted. I actually had heard about them being that way years before, but thought it was just, well, “an opinion not worth considering”. These people act as if they are running their business in Beverly Hills . You are treated much better in downtown Los Altos or Palo Alto where you can walk out happy with your hair and the service you were given. But lets face it..there is a wait for an appointment at a nice place in that area. I had three days before my meeting, I needed an appointment soon. The haircut alone was expensive and honestly…the service was bad. The worst was the manager, (I think that is who she was). Again, I just think people should always treat others well. Even on the street, we are only here once… I really do not know how they stay in business. You know, if the haircut was good and the price was right, it might be worth it. But not this time.
