Review content:
This restaurant has been cited by the Placer County Health Department for having frozen cat (yes.......meow.....kitty....feline carcass....) in their walk-in freezer. They don't serve it to the guests, but it makes you wonder what other surprises await diners at Sum's.
Pros: Free ice cream for dessert, all-you-can-eat.
Cons: Lunch only allows one skimpy bowlful, unless you literally cram everything into the tiny bowl and pile it very high in the sky before giving it to the wok chef. Otherwise, the frozen curls of meat will shrink into very tiny pieces.
