Review content:
Hapa Sushi means "Half Sushi"......the menu has steaks, burgers and sandwiches for the American eaters, and the Japanese and asian foods for the more adventurous souls.
Of particular note: The Salmon Bento Box ($12) comes with a generous portion of freshly grilled salmon, lots of white rice, a tasty salad, and 3 pc. California sushi roll.
Mondays thru Fridays between 2 pm and 5 pm, is "Happy Hour". For only $2 each, choose from the following menu items: Gyoza, Shu Mai, Vegetable Tempura, Small Sake, Bottled Beer.
My only complaint about Hapa Sushi in Auburn, CA.....is they are too busy during the lunch rush. Expect a 30 minute wait for a table if you come at the wrong time.... That's why I love the Happy Hour, because my favorite items on the menu (Gyoza & Veggie Tempura) are half-price, and the place is not very crowded!
