Review content:
We recently rented a house that APM was managing. Worst experience we have ever had!! Never returned phone calls and didn't show up for scheduled appointments. No respect for tenant's rights or what is right under the law. They will take your money and bully you around, so you don't feel like you have a right to fight for yourself. The property manager, Lisa Dankers, is completely unprofessional and greedy. She literally screamed at us in our front yard because we said we would not pay the illegal fees she was trying to charge. She took the fees out of our deposit anyway and has given us no choice but to fight in court if we want our money back. Their lease agreement is very vague and broad --basically says if you do anything wrong they can take all of your security deposit and then some without justification. Seriously, go with a more reputable company.
