Review content:
Number One has really good inexpesive food at a very good price. Even though the menu does not say it, they do deliver and lickity spilt fast despite all of the construction going on with the bridge. I was a big fan of the Kung Pao chicken and the Hunan beef. I am working my way through the hot and spicy options on the lunch menu. The Hot and Spicy shrimp might have to be next.
