Dr. Stern is a wonderful doctor. I have chronic ear problems and have been to nearly a dozen ENT doctors over the past 15 years. Dr Stern was able to explain my ear problems to me in terms I understood. So, for the first time in 15 years I completely understood what the doctor was doing and why. The initial wait to get an appointment can be long but once you're a patient of Dr. Stern they can get you in within a week. Sometimes the wait in the waiting room is extensive but it is only because Dr Stern takes his time with each patient, making sure that they understand what is going on and how he is going to fix the problem. He actually TALKS to each patient unlike many doctors I have been to. His receptionist is a sweetheart who remembers each person after only being there once or twice. I'm thankful to have found Dr. Stern and his practice.
