Review content:
I went to see Dr. Assatourian but never saw her. I worked with another person to fix a lot of problems I had with my teeth. After about 2 months of weekly visits my teeth were finish. My teeth feel funny and have weird spots where they were filled in, I was told that's normal and it would wear away. Almost a year later it still feels funny. I'm on Medicaid and they were the only office in the area that would take my insurance at that time. The staff made me feel bad because I could not afford to buy the special things they wanted me to buy and that I could not come more often and didn't seem to understand that a disabled single mother didn't have money coming out of nowhere like they do. I also canceled an appointment with them because of an emergency (I canceled the day before but not the whole 24 hours) and they are billing me for $400. (if 15 minutes of my time was worth that, I probably wouldn't have had to see them!) I have having problems fighting this. Yet, they canceled on me 2 hours before my appointment once, after I had already payed the babysitter for the day, are they reimbursing me for that? No. Not a great experience. I will say though, the office is very pretty, and up-scale.
