Review content:
I had been going to Discount Tire for many years when I lived in a different town. After moving here to Saginaw, I went to other places at the suggestion of friends and in-laws. I've since returned to Discount and could not be happier.
The staff are always very friendly, the waiting area is always clean, and the prices are comparable. I can't say if they are necessarily cheaper than others because I haven't visited a large number of retailers. However, I plan to stick with Discount based on their customer service. I've purchased their road hazard warranty on every tire I've bought from them. They have always backed up the warranty--no questions asked.
They are also very quick with their work. I expected it to take hours the last time I was there because they were so busy. It only took 45 minutes!
