I went to this chiropractor to get some work done on my back. There office staff said that my insurance would cover everything except for a small percentage and pushed me to sign up for 3 appointments per week. I'm not exaggerating when I say push. I felt that the staff at Beeson Chiropractic was hired from a used car lot. They have their sales technique down and are very good at convincing you that you need lots of treatment fast. There are many businesses that I expect to be sold too chiropractic service is not one of them. I agreed to the treatments and began to visit them three times a week. At the end of the third or fourth week I got my bill. It was upwards of $800 my insurance covered maybe 10% of their procedures. I don't blame this on my insurance company I didn't expect them to cover Chiropractic service. I blame Beeson Chiropractic staff that assured me that I had nothing to worry about and to make as many appointments as necessary. When I confronted them with this they apologized for the mistake but said I still needed to pay the entire bill. I have a feeling this is a common practice for them. I would not trust a chiropractor that is so careless with their business practices. If you must go to Beeson Chiropractic be very careful. As I mentioned before they are money hungry and have their sales presentation down. I have visited other Chiropractors that are not this way. In fact there are many honest and experienced chiropractors in Portland. I recommend doing your own research to find one that is right for you but avoid Beeson Chiropractic.
