Review content:
First time to this car wash. And it will be my last time...and I hope you never experience a first time here. I politely explained where they needed to be careful while washing my car. AS I was explaining my situation they stopped listening to me, went straight to the area and did the exact damage I was trying to avoid! The end result was permanent damage to an irreplaceable part of my vehicle. And if that isn't surprising and bad enough, the actual car wash was pathetic. I had to redo my hood and interior windows. I basically paid them so that I could do some of the work. I should have known this business was shady went I saw them closing 45 minutes before posted hours and interacted (or lack thereof) with a manager who ignored my complaints. I have urged others and urge you not to go here. Hopefully, it will improve or shut down for a more professional business. Poor, poor, poor. No buff about it!!
