Review content:
A couple of weeks ago I bought my daughter a car. I took the car to Mini Lube in Harrisburg, NC. Lorenzo was the man that changed the oil. He said, the oil plug was stripped and put a new plug in and said we would need a new oil pan to fix the problem, because it was going to leak, but it would be okay. 2 days later I checked the oil and it was empty. I took it to a machanic, and found that he had put the wrong plug in it and had cracked the oil pan when he tightened it. Because the car had been driven low in oil, it had worn the bearing out in the motor and now the car needs a new motor. It doesn't run, not only does my daughter not have a car, but I'm out of a $500 deposit on the car, $98 on the tag, and the money I had to pay the machanic tto put another oil pan on and the cost of the oil pan. I called Mini Lube, Inc, and was told they weren't responsible for the damage. So now I'm stuck with a car that is no good.
My advice is not to go to the Mini Lube because it will cost you more to get your oil changed than it's worth.
