I ordered a large funeral spray of flowers for my sister's funeral for March 6, 2007 through 1-800flowers who told me they contacted English Rose Floral Shoppe who accepted the order but English Rose Floral Shoppe never delivered them. This was terribly upsetting to say the least and I don't know how this could have happened especially when it comes to a funeral!
Needless to say, I will never use them or 1-800-Flowers again. Shame, Shame, Shame!
