Ok so I don't know what that means. It comes from the menu. I do know this place has wonderful things to choose from. I had the Cuban. Lots of high-quality meat and perfectly crisp bread. More meat then bread for a change. Other sandwiches in this panini category include a four cheese, beef horseradish & cheddar, turkey & cheese, and italian . The burgers looks great too. Cut to order steaks. Drinks, desserts you name it. Nice casual atmosphere.
Yum went back for dinner got the cut to order black angus rib eye available in 8oz. (various other sizes available) it was wonderful got the side salad with it. Fantastic! The side salad actually had vegtables in it.
THIS PLACE IS GREAT! No one I know has gotten a bad meal. They don't seems that busy so I sure hope they are doing a good business. The food is high quality.
