Businiess name:  City Of Bogalusa School Board
Review by:  Raymond F.
Review content:
DATE: Wednesday, February 28, 2007 Over the past few years my children have attended Bogalusa City schools. Until recently I haven’t had any major complaints about the schools in this small city. Its national known that the school system here is a little under par, however has been acceptable. Not anymore! The tyrant dictatorship from the asinine politburo is no longer acceptable. I will not tolerate threats from this school about sending police to people’s homes for an absent student during leap exams. There are better ways to reach children as well as parents other than threats. Today one of my sons came home worried that someone in this family might become sick during the test and was frightened that the police would be involved. This has gone too far. There should be a little (a lot) more positive influences in the daily practices and use the “Zero Tolerance” campaign towards eliminating scare tactics into our children. It is my opinion (through empirical judgment) that this school system has become clearly insane. It is also apparently only going to get worse if someone from the parish’s office does not step in and educate the educators. We should be teaching by positive influence, superior role modeling and proven educational process, which brings out the quality of our children. Raymond Foster
