This Outlet seems to be a well kept secret but they have tons of picture frames that weren't quite right for their sister store Artists Frame Service. There is a table in the back where you can bring your art and see how it looks with the different frames - and all the frames are hanging on hooks so you can play around all day if you want. They'll help you with glass and mats too, it's really quite amazing.
If you want a cheap, discount or inexpensive picture frame look here first. (Jayson Home & Garden puts their home store outlet merchandise down here too - the outlet is in Jayson's basement.)
