they do have very cute puppies BUT i noticed none of them had any toys in their pens all they had was mulch and looked very bored. The other down size is that they are overly priced on all their items and the puppies! how can they stay in buisness?? they have no areas to actually play with them either unless you go outside next to the highway... its nicely made but it has its downfalls.. the personel there treated me like i was a criminal even though me and my partner where considering buyin the bloodhound. she had an arrigance to her that made me change my mind considerably.. Im a well dressed younger female who could afford one of their animals and she treated me like i was SCUM! none the less i walked out of the store promising NEVER to visit AGAIN!
