Businiess name:  Chicago Ribs
Review by:  David W.
Review content:
Although I have never eaten ribs in Chicago I was in Memphis last year and had the pleasure to taste what ribs should taste like. I also often eat at Tony Roma's and other Barbecue places in Orange County. I was visiting somene in Fountain Valley and drove by this place and decided to stop and eat there with my wife. The place was crowded, mostly with people waiting to pick up their take out orders. It took a while to obtain a table. The wait was not worth it. The ribs were just OK. Sides added nothing. And the attittude of the staff was they already had enough customers and didn't feel they had to even show common courtesy to new customers - everyone was so abrupt and surly. Well, I leave this place to the regulars...
