Review content:
I bought a puppy from Pete's Petland on 1/6/07. I would never buy a puppy from there again and would recommend that no one else does either. We got a sick puppy!! I paid almost $700 for the puppy. The puppy was sick from the time we brought it home with a upper respiratory infection and a parasite. However, since there was only a 7 day guarantee on the puppy we had him checked by three different vets, all of which told us he needed medication but should be fine. Approximately 10 days after we bought the dog, and after the guarantee was up, the puppies health deteriorated even more. At which point we took the dog to another vet who told us that the puppy has kennel cough (a highly contagious, potentially deadly disease that puppies can develop while in a kennel or pet store). To make a long story short, the kennel cough has now developed into severe pneumonia and the puppy may die. I contacted the pet store and they will do absolutely nothing to help me, even though they sold me a sick dog.
