Its a wonderful experience from the moment you walk in the door. The stylists all know your name and there is a welcoming smile (and coffee, tea & cookies too!). My favorite stylist is Leah. She actually listens, then makes suggestions based on what you say. I have been going there for over 2 years now and I wouldnt change. Before going to this hair salon, I drifted from stylist to stylist never really satisfied with my haircuts/color. Now I look forward to going knowing that sometimes Leah will make a surprise suggestion just to make a little change...and it always works well! In addition, I was never one to have my nails done. It just didnt seem to be something that I wanted to spend the money or the time on. However, Jessica has changed my mind. She completes the finished look that Leah gives me with gorgeous looking manicures (and her hand massages are fabulous!). Her advice on nailcare has made a definite impact. My nails have never looked better. They fit with my lifestyle and dont interfere with my tennis! The rest of the staff is incredible as well. The owner checks in and knows her customers. The manager makes a point of great communication. From the ones who wash your hair (Amanda is fabulous) on up, they make you feel primped, pampered and very special. So glad I stumbled upon this place...I would highly recommend it to anyone searching for a place where they actually listen and care.
