Businiess name:  Kentucky Fried Chicken
Review by:  Michael C.
Review content:
We went through the drive-thru of this local KFC the other day and wanted to order the variety bucket because that is the best way that all of us can get what we want, and how we want it. On the menu board it clearly states for the options of the Variety Bucket; 4 pcs Chicken, Popcorn Chicken, Crispy Strips, Wings (any flavor), Boneless Wings & Honey BBQ Boneless Wings. I should be able to chose ANY combination of the choices listed as options. This does not appear to be the case. I wanted to include the Popcorn Chicken, 8 Boneless wings, and 8 Honey BBQ boneless wings. ALL three of these items were listed separately on the menu board. I was told I could not order two boneless wings selections. I told them that these two items were listed separately as options to chose from. The person on the intercom apologized but insisted that this combination was not allowed. If a combination is not allowed, don't list it as a choice. OR place a (readable) disclaimer stating so. While this episode really irked me, we still enjoyed the chicken we got from KFC. The service is fast and the prices reasonable. I'm sure we will be back, but I will definitely have to remember this (undocumented) limitation of combination choices.
