Businiess name:  Pickwick Banquet Conference & Entertainment Center
Review by:  Anon A.
Review content:
My review, unfortunately, is a warning. Be very careful with this place. The owners defaulted on a contract signed with Americans for Safe Access, an organization of sick people who legally use cannabis under California's state law. Americans for Safe Access (ASA) contracted with Pickwick and held its annual conference at the center. Half-way through the first day of our two day conference, the owner shows up and 1) calls the police on the conference; and 2) cancelled the event. The conference attendees had not violated any conditions of the contract. The patients only medicated in designated smoking areas - keeping with the center's management instructions and state/city laws Again, be very careful with this place. An owner that shows such arrogant disregard for a valid contract and the wellbeing of sick and dying people - should not reap the rewards of your business
