Of course if you have to unfortunately visit the offices of Cedar Towing, you know that you are going to be in a world of hurt.
We, again unfortunately, were in that circumstance yesterday. We parked in a school parking lot that normally does not allow parking, but we thought since it was a holiday and no one had school that it would be ok.
When we went to get our cars (not only me and hubby but my brother's friend).. we had to deal with an uncooperative clerk who would not give us public information about the company.
And, they only take cash. There is an ATM on sight.. but my bank doesn't allow more then $200 taken out a day, the fee was $280. Thankfully our friend had a second account and we could borrow the money.
We are definetly going to file a complaint.
And why were we in the parking lot? Because my father is in the ICU at the hospital across the street. Talk about sticking it to you when you are down!!
