Review content:
As chain bagel places go, this one is pretty darn good. They have a wide variety of bagels, and they are always fresh. Chances are, your favorite will be hot out of the oven on a busy morning during rush hour. They also have a nice variety of flavors of cream cheese, and they have good coffee and even hot tea selections too (better than most bagel chains). The line is often long but typically moves quickly without many errors. The people who work there, however, leave quite a bit to be desired. There is one woman who works there and is, I believe, the manager who has the worst personality. I dread seeing her when I go in, because she makes me feel anxious, as she is constantly barking at the other people who work there.
