I took my car in to get my tires balanced and rotated, have a diagnostic check, and my spark plugs changed all for the price of $110. Not bad right? Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my car, I noticed that my tires were not rotated. I asked the manager why they weren't rotated and he gave me an excuse that they were too badly worn to do so (which wasn't the case). Fine. I politely told him that I won't be coming back to him again. Then about a week later I was getting some other work done by a different mechanic and he asked why I had two different sets of spark plugs. I said they were just changed, that shouldn't be the case. Low and behold, they did change 3 of the six spark plugs, but the not the three in the back of the engine were it was hard to reach. So all in all, I paid $110 for them to do a diagnostic check on my car, seeing as they didn't do what they said they would. I again called the manager to demand a refund and he refused to do so. They were then reported to the "BBB" and I won my case. So go there if you must, but be sure to check your car to see that they've done everything they said they would do.
