This hole in the wall is in and Racine Mall. I went in for a pedicure before a spring trip to Florida. While there, I watched in horror as the english speaking girl suddenly could not understand me as she clipped and filed my big toe nail down to the quick! "We can make pretty and paint flower on for you", are you kidding!!!!!!! After much haggeling, the manager applied an acrylic overlay to give the nail some length, but while smoothing it out, proceeded to buff the cuticle and skin on my toe to bleeding mess!!!! After just about passing out from the pain and fury, I paid and left. So, here I was, on my spring vacation in the sun with a big band aid on my toe - nice.......Don't go into this place, not even to buy nail polish.
