Businiess name:  Ruby Tuesday

Review content:
I will start this article by saying that I have had some bad experiences at Ruby Tuesdays. When eating in the restaurant we have experienced poor service and cold food on more than one occasion. After several such experiences we stopped dining there. On New Years Eve, we opted to take the risk and do a carry out order. We had been out of town all day, and we were very hungry. We didn’t feel like going out to a crowded restaurant to eat so we called in our order. We were pleasantly surprised. My daughter and I shared the Portobello Chicken, which had a whole split chicken breast topped with mushrooms, artichokes and a light white sauce. It was served with parmesan mashed potatoes and broccoli. My husband had a huge hamburger with bacon, cheese and barbeque sauce with french fries. Our order was packaged nicely so that the food did not all run together. It was ready on time, and was still hot when we got it home. I won’t say that this experience moves Ruby Tuesdays up to the top of my list of eateries, but it is no longer on the banned list!
